Royal Craft was founded in 1973 by Bill Cantalupo, one of the first installers to bring seamless aluminum gutters to Chicago. What started with one house on the block became the whole neighborhood. Within a decade the business had moved to Downers Grove, where it has stayed ever since.
In 2023, Bill was joined by Mauricio, a partner who came from years of commercial roofing and brought a specialty in ventilation, attic conditioning, and the parts of the job most contractors overlook. Together they run a friends-and-family business with a crew that has been together for years and treats every home the way they would treat their own.
