A new roof, a full siding install, or a whole-home exterior remodel is a significant investment. Royal Craft partners with the GreenSky® Program to offer competitive financing available for qualifying residential exterior remodeling projects across Downers Grove and Chicago’s western suburbs.
Financing available through the GreenSky® Program
Financing options are arranged through the GreenSky® Program. Loans are provided by federally insured, federal or state chartered financial institutions participating in the program. Royal Craft is not the lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not set loan terms. All credit decisions and loan terms are determined by the program lenders.

Choose a plan below to open the GreenSky® Program application. The application is submitted directly to a participating lender.
What to expect after you apply
- Your application is submitted directly to a lender participating in the GreenSky® Program.
- If approved, you will receive a link to review and activate your loan agreement electronically. A copy of the loan agreement may also be sent by mail.
- Even if approved, you are not obligated on the loan until you activate it and authorize purchases.
- Once your project is scheduled, funds are released to Royal Craft as milestones are completed and you authorize each transaction.
Projects Royal Craft finances through the GreenSky® Program
The GreenSky® Program supports personal, family, or household projects. Financing arranged through the program can be used for qualifying residential exterior remodeling projects with Royal Craft, including:
- Roofing: replacement, repair, and new roof installation
- Siding: James Hardie fiber cement, LP SmartSide engineered wood, and vinyl
- Windows: replacement and new installation (Pella, ProVia)
- Doors: entry, storm, patio, and secondary doors (Albany, ProVia, Pella)
- Seamless aluminum gutters and gutter guards
- Attic insulation and ventilation
