Bill Cantalupo has been in the exterior trades since 1973, when he started as one of the first installers bringing seamless aluminum gutters to Chicago’s western suburbs. The business moved to Downers Grove in the early 1980s and has been there ever since. Siding came later, after Bill built a crew and expanded into fiber cement, engineered wood, and vinyl. Today we are a James Hardie Alliance Preferred Contractor, an LP SmartSide installer, and the same family shop we have always been.
In 2023, Bill was joined by Mauricio, who now runs sales and brings decades of roofing and exterior experience. Bill or Mauricio is on every jobsite. That has not changed in over 50 years, and it will not.
